Super Mario Planet is a inspired hack of the greatest one "Super Mario Odyssey" which died a long time ago (I'm talking about the old Odyssey).
I startet working on it since 2010. I draw the Graphics myself and got some little ASM codes from RpgHacker. I dont want to upload Demos, maybe one day If I lost my motivation. Anyways, I live in Germany and maybe my English isnt perfect, but I'm sure you will understand me clearly enough.
Since I've got many questions about it, I wanted to open a thread, where you can ask anything about my hack.
Videos and Screenshots will be shown here, and on my YouTube page. I hope you like my stuff.

Nice work!
It really feels like its still SMW-ish.
The levels have good gimmicks, the chocolate themed one is very nice, the bars of chocolate in the BG are funny.
Keep up the good work!

Your level design looks pretty good! I usually don't like custom graphics(besides maybe sprites and slight changes) but your Backgrounds are great. same with the foregrounds...especially the chocolate set. keep up the good work!

This is looking really really nice. I love your use of nice simple clean pretty graphics. I especially love the "giant chocolate bar" hills. Very cool.
^ what is the black symbol on the stone in this screenshot?

This hack is defiantly looking great so far. Defiantly a big fan of the grahpics.
If you really drew some of these graphics yourself, your a very good artist.

This looks fantastic, Merthacks! I really like the combinations of Vanilla and external graphics, the ones used compliment each other very well. That chocolate-themed level looks especially nice! I'll certainly be playing this when you release it

By the way: How can I post Youtube Videos? The Code doesnt work for me, so I've posted the direct links.

Yeah it's broken but you can hyperlink; that way all people have to do is click the link to be directed to the video. (Second best thing IMO.
(Just in case you didn't know how to do it) Just press the "Blue A" with the line under it and paste the URL of the video you wanted to show.
It should like this
[(Video URL here)You can type whatever you want to name the link in the middle[/url]

Okay, Thank you very much.
Well, these are the Switch Tickets. RPGHacker made that ASM Hack for me. They appear the first time when you enter the Yellow Switch Palace.

EDIT: Oh, and by the Way: Please ignore the old Status Bar and Background. i will post Screenshots about the Yellow Switch Palace soon.
I probably will delete this level..Or edit it.

Just so you know in the video you mis-spelt "palaces".
I must confess in that screenshot I'm not really a fan of how you set up the nets. It looks like a big graphical glitch :3
Try using the originals.

Im guessing you can not swim in the water in the first screen, sorta like in SMB2.
The other screens looks nice aswell, pallettes are awesome.

That's a pretty legit background in the first two screen shots. The level's are also looking pretty good.
