Damn man I am loving the first 2 screens BG. Good work!
Yeah, It's been a while. I finally got my PC back. I've waited like 7 Weeks for it...However, I decided to work on SMP again. ALSO.... there are some Errors like the Colours of the Status bar, please ignore it like that glowing door...

Beta Iggys Castle
This is looking truly fantastic - keep it up!
Looks great! This hack has some nice and fun ideas. Keep up the good work! The only thing I dislike in the castle is that there are silent Bullet Bills in the outside part. Instead of this you could put a Bullet Bill generator. It would have a similar effect.

Well...when I put the Generator in this Level, the Bullet Bill's are coming from somewhere in the middle of the screen.
Here is a patch for non silent bullet bills.

First World is done. Here's a little Preview of Green Valley #1

Green Valley #1
Woah. The old name of my hack was "Super Mario Planet," so it's really weird to see someone else use the title.

As for the hack itself, it is actually coming along quite nicely. There's a degree of polish in things like the ground forms leaving behind shadows that I really like. However, this part of your video looks a little too similar to Donut Plains 4 in the original game, and I think that it looks a little weird in this part of the video that the ground continues on without leaving a shadow or anything behind; I guess it could be just because it's underground, but it still gives an inconsistent feel.

The Hack is like... 2 Years old. :)
All I can say is...beautiful! You've emulated the looks of Odyssey nicely. BMF would be proud. Don't go too far, though, as it already borders on plagiarism. Did you rip any of the GFX from the actual Odyssey hack?

From Iggy's Castle: Nice! It does feel like the original SMW's castles, but in a good, nostalgic way. I like the shadows under the stone blocks. Although you do suck at playing your own hack :P

Very good. Keep it up.
Thank you!

No. I made all of the Graphics by myself.
I dont suck. :(

I think this is an update :P

Hm, I can't sey so much things about your level design and gimmicks because I didn't watched any video (thanks for my net ><) but by the screenies it's good. Also did you drawned these graphics? They're awesome!

Keep up your good job! :D
Thanks! Yes, I make all of my Graphics myself.
Well, it looks nice, but I was surprised that nobody has mentioned the clear inspiration from Super Mario Odyssey. Well, until Biospark mentioned it.

This hack has some great potential, but I think it would look a lot better if you strayed away from SMO and really started implementing your own style. You clearly seem to have some graphical talent, but I would like to see a bit more development of your own unique style.
Well, your level design seems fine, also judging by the screenshots, your GFX is very cool!

Keep up the good job!
Thank you!
Hehe, I tried making an Odyssey-style hack once. It was called "Super Mario Iliad", but anyways this isn't all about me. Your hack looks awesome, almost exactly like Odyssey. Obviously, the game made in 2012 isn't going to have the same "Wow" factor as the one made 9 years before, but this is looking pretty damn good. Can't wait to play it!

One thing though, those black "Mushrooms" in the Lotus Valley look weird, they really stand out because of the bright colors on the rest of the screen.

Intro Scene (Level C5)

And a new Background for Switch Palaces or Bonus Rooms.

What do you think?
