I agree with this. Honestly, I'm probably in the minority here, but I couldn't care less about all this deleting posts nonsense, I just wanted to browse the forums and view all of the users' interesting and new ideas.

I don't know if it was intended, but the eShroom Corp bot had a pretty good side effect: it mostly posted in older threads, bumping them up to the top of the page so they could get more views (even if they only stayed up there for a few seconds).

...Okay, I don't really think the whole eShroom thing mattered all that much anyway, not enough to make a big deal out of. This C3 also didn't seem all that spectacular compared to some we've had in the past, but your mileage may vary.

You completely ignored what Zeldara and HuFlungDu said, didn't you? They used a bot, but you could easily beat the bot if you actually thought up a good strategy.

But is it fair if the bot is running while the person using it would normally not be online deleting the posts? That's the only problem with it I would see, and yes that is unfair, since I don't know too many humans that like to stay online for 24 hours doing a highly repetitive task.
Not ranting or anything because I don't know if bots were actually used too much/don't even care, but I wanted to point that out!

It was my first C3 but hey, I thought it was a blast. My hack downloads increased a lot after my trailer was released. (although not by multiples of 856...you guys failed there.) I guess trailers really do work as advertisements!
The E-shroom thing was just an extra add-on to me, I only ever 'purged' 2 posts.
