Tip: Take advantage of easy to install Patches in your hack. The No More Sprite Tile Limits patch should be considered if you're encountering glitches where Mario and/or sprites are turning invisible.

(Reposting from my C3 thread in case anyone still has anything to say)

"Hi, and welcome to Zeldara's Glitch City! This hack is full of blatant level edits and graphical glitches! Yay!!!"

Most SMW hacks are designed to feel like new games that just happen to be based off of SMW. This hack is just the opposite.

Zeldara's Glitch City is intended to be a very strange, unconventional, and otherwise confusingly random hack, that deliberately exploits unusual aspects of the SMW engine (as well as the fact that most SMW hack players are quite familiar with the original SMW's levels) to its advantage. (It also intends to showcase various little-used edits that are possible in SMW hacks.)

It is also an entirely different take on the concept of SMW hacking, in an attempt to prove that the popular expectations of a "well-designed" hack are not necessarily a requirement at all.

I hope you enjoy it.

Demo 147 contains 7 worlds (plus a minor preview of world 8) and 64 total exits, and ends with a level titled "403 FORBIDDEN". (If you believe you have reached the end of the demo but have not yet encountered this level, keep searching... there's more.)

This seems to me like another "What not to do" kind of hack.
Its awesome. The new Iggy Boss was fantastic. But why does the game crashes if you go over the Keyhole on Chaotic Island 3.
The new Levels are amazing AND the new Koopa.(F-Koopa). I still stuck in The Reznorland Castle. I hope there wont be the Testlevel Puzzle Level.

Edit: I played it completely. Thanks for removing the Test Level maze, but where is the Wendy boss? The Layer 2 105 was an awesome idea. The last level had a great palette ,too.403 Forbidden was Event 77 wasn't it?

Except not really. While it does have terrible graphics and whatnot, it's supposed to show that hacks that look bad graphic-wise can still be fun. A "what not to do" hack would probably have terrible level design.
bsnes compatible?
LOL, I could not move from one level early on, I have to train my knowledge with more glitches! Google Translator D:

I haven't tested it, but it should be.
BSNES is an emulator? If so, try using zsnes, perhaps the best.

...This is not the place for people to claim that one emulator is better than another.

Ohh, sorry!
I just finished the current demo of this hack, and I must say it was pretty interesting. This was one of the more interesting and creative hacks I've played. Keep up the good work, Zeldara109! :)

World 0-1 and the Wendy battle will still be in the full version, but later in the game. (Wendy will probably still be the boss of world 8 (but updated to be appropriate for world 8's difficulty), and the test level puzzle (currently retitled World -1-4) is planned to be one of the later secret-world levels.)

And that event was event 78, the secret exit of a level set to event 77.

How would you assume BSNES isn't an emulator? -.-

Anyways, an LP of the new demo would be awesome, especially if Reznorland was done blind. :D
Another version!?!?!? I am on the red switch palace world in my lp at the mo!
Wow, for a glitched game this is pretty fun! Shows that even though it looks really glitched, it can still be pretty fun. But I think are like one of the only people that will able to do such a thing haha.
You submitted this to the site right? I doubt this will get accept. But I still have to try this.:)
Well I got stuck in world 3 >.< Where is the Red switch???

It's in world 4 (not for a while).
So this demo goes on after getting the red switch?
Yes. You must find the Secret Exit in Lazy Land 2(I think). I feel also sorry, that the Hack was rejected by Techonami. :(
