This is the first installment of the Too Cruel series. If any of you have played Too Cruel Two Bear (as seen below), then you would know why I didn't release Too Cruel.

This is a new one-level hack I've made. It may seem normal, but trust me, there's a huge twist to it!
Note: I had a technical glitch. Pretend where it says "End of Demo" is actually the end of the level. I have absolutely NO IDEA WHATSOEVER HOW THE DANG THING CHANGED ITSELF!!

Screen 1: The OW needs some decoration.
Screen 2: Oh man, more flunchers...
Screen 3: Stacked munchers aren't a good idea for a wall. Maybe use mines instead?

Overworld: Listen the music. If you pay enough attention, you won't mind the OW (rofl).

Mines are small spikeballs that you can use if you need munchers in mid-air. You can also change them into blocks.

:/ OW isnt just about the music, it should still be decorated, otherwise it looks like you didnt put any effort into it.

Agh blast it. For the sake of it, I randomly TASed this. Heck, it'd be nice to get a new video on my channel. Turns out I wasn't recording at all, an hour down the drain. Le sigh..

Anyways, I agree with Ulti. While I still highly recommend not to have flunchers, they don't automatically make a hack the worst thing ever. (Even though they do make a bad hack even worse) >.>

Heh? But a few posts back you were pointing out the flunchers... Wouldn't it have been easier to have said this with the complaint. (Ulti didn't say anything about flunchers)
On a related note, this might be the first hack I play in this subforum! Crazy, right?

What's wrong with them? They, uh, look better then gravity-defying plants. (Once again, I like this hack enough for you to get away the flunchers, it'd just look better)

For some reason, I never liked the way those mines look at all, they might even be worse than (Floating) munchers, especially when they are placed next to/above each other.
There are a bunch of other (maybe creative) stuff you can do for the muncher graphics, a few examples:
You could use spikes from the ghost house or castle set (but put a 'normal' spike right above an upside-down one otherwise you'll still have things looking bad, and you have left-right versions of these too, in case they really have to be one-tile high barriers.)
You could do a little ExGFX - take, for example, the skull from the bullet bill launcher and draw a little block around it!
