I use to collect systems too, although I sold most of them to get games instead for my more favored systems heh.
I got:
NES
SNES
N64(controller's joy stick broken =/)
Xbox360
Xbox
DS
GBA
Game Boy Color(decides when to work...)
Also I am planning to buy a ton of SNES Games soon =) I love the SNES.

I've wanted to do something like this, but for UNIX workstations and home computers. Mainly 680x0 Macs, SGIs, Suns, Apollos, etc.

I actually started on those, but shipping prices said otherwise. A full UNIX desktop was about $150 in shipping from the US.

It was an old project that I scrapped ages ago and never changed the wiki entry, the console itself was just a breadboard circuit and a few IC chips and a programmed eeprom, which I salvaged for components.
