Is there any GBC emulator with full IR-link emulation support, especially that I can succesfully do Mystery Gift in Pkmn G/S/C? In GEST I can't do that as in textlog says as well in practice isn't possible. I'm naive about TGB-Dual but there I have to write on Infrared-Controller prompt some hex numbers which neither I don't know what are responsible for.

There's TGB-Dual, as you mentioned. And there's also BGB.

BGB features link-cable, not infrared if I'm not wrong.
I know about TGB-Dual but, what I need to do in order to work, what I need to write in IR controller prompt in order to succesfully do mysterygift in Pkmn G/S/C (because otherwise it shows error at transfer during Mysterygift)? Even translated to english from japanese docs didn't help so much, it's wrote that I have to write hexidecimal data in this prompt, which I don't know what are responsible for. Google neither helps, it shows results from other people which are calling help for that at forums.
