Reason of removal:
The block breaks horribly. When one throws a shell at it (except for the Green Shell, no Special World colour, that one won't do anything for obvious reasons), the block will cause the game to crash.
Why is this? Well, you pushed Y. That's all fine and all, as long as you make sure Y is pulled back at any instance.
Sure, you did include a PLY at the end of the code - however, you required two more.
Code PHY ;preserve map16 high
DisplayGlitter:
LDA $7F
ORA $81
BNE Return
This would go wrong instantly, because Return: has no PLY after it.
Instead of adding a PLY there, I just moved LDA $7F : ORA $81 : BNE Return up, above PHY.
That doesn't seem like any problem to me.

Reason
Coin.asm seems to work just fine now, which is great. The Yoshi Coin, however, seems to give me 3-4 Yoshi Coins at once when collected. There doesn't seem to be anything blatantly wrong in the ASM file, so I can't tell you what exactly to fix, but make sure to get rid of this error once you resubmit it.
EDIT: Huh, seems the error is caused by the block being placed right against a wall, and it actually happens with the normal coins too.
As I said via PM, I suppose you could resubmit the blocks as they are with a warning in the description, although trying to fix them is of course preferred.
