A quick SPC Player question

I downloaded SNES SPC700 player (the one most people use), and it came with a DLL file. Do I keep snesapu.dll in the same directory as the SPC player or do I put it somewhere else with other DLLs? (I.E. System32, Program files, etc.)
Thank You
I keep it in the same folder, and it works right.
Yes, the same folder works. Putting it in System32 will also work, but why didn't you just try it as is, with it in the folder? Typically you should leave files where they are unless a readme tells you otherwise.
I did try it when it was in the same folder and it worked perfectly, but I wanted to know if it should be moved to system32 or not.
Why should it be moved if it works perfectly fine where it is?

Neatness reasons I suppose.

Nah, IIRC it needs to be in the same file path for the program to locate it.
You have to keep it with the SPC Player. Just make sure it's the right version for your selected language.

It won't work if the player and the .dll is separated.
