Those were awesome, Dinomar! Is the third one from anywhere in particular? I'd like to see a hack with these!

EDIT: Saw the first video. With some improvements, Spiral Climbing would make a great one-star level.

Hm.... nicely done Dinomar. That is one huge toilet you have right there. :P The 3rd one is very well done also. :D

Cum on my dinner? Oh God...

BTW, how did you put that GFX in the level?

I know it's a little short, that's because it's my first NSMBWii level, and I just need to get the hang of my NSMBWii level design skills. Anyway, is it good level design or not?

Oh, and I haven't tested it yet.

I'm planning to make a level using this song.
I dyed Athena's hair: :P

In all seriousness though, I was fooling around with some old NES games, and found this one and decided to try and find some data in it. The palette for her hair is at 0xFA73.
What's the name of the game, zKiP?
The name of the game is Athena.

(Wow, shortest post ever.)

Lol, for a Zelda song in a Mario Game, it fits rather well.

This is some of the minor stuff I found in the game.
Those are pretty cool RS! Nice job on the finds.
I found a snippet of code that loads the sprites in all of the levels
of DKC2 and was was messing around with it and this happened.

Interesting... So the tides are controlled by a generator or something?
My new Super Mario World hack:

A pun of the level "Throwback Galaxy" from Super Mario Galaxy 2
This is Part 1 of 3 of the series of videos I am going to release of this level at this stage of development. It still needs ALOT of work as at the moment their is;
No custom music
Rubbish textures
Few glitches
And a bit slow, it is not as slow as in the video as hypercan is what causing the game to run at a lower framrate.
Part 2

Yep it appears so also I finally found out how the levels fully load so I can get to work on my editor :)

I only found out how to do this about 3 hours ago.

New water level, textures is not yet complete (hoping to include self created textures). The obsticals in the second video is also not compleated, it is going to be revamped and suggestions how to do this would be nice. I also would want suggestions on what to call this level as I'm not good with names.
Finally feedback on my work so far would be helpful as I would not wish to finish this hack if not that many people was intrested in it.
Edit: link to this one level (if you need help appling the patch Messiean has instruction on appling it on his hack but also work for this patch Link)

@Vinnyboiler:
Try Blackstone Island or something like that. Not very original, I know, but quite fitting, given the layout.
EDIT: Also, are you just using Course 1 as a test? This would probably be a later course, say, course 8, but that's just my opinion.

Hey there folks, I am currently working on a new SMB1 project called "Reign of the Koopa" It's actually a series of 10 16-level SMB1 hacks with a Koopaling, Kamek, or Bowser as the main boss of each hack. For full details please go here: http://acmlm.kafuka.org/board/thread.php?id=6320

The first hack is 98% complete -- layouts and graphics. I still need to make just some small adjustments (most likely moving sprites or objects)

But here are some test run videos for you to enjoy. Please excuse the mistakes made (damage or death).

<object width="480" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/b0HoDV-C3SA&hl=en_US&fs=1&rel=0"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/b0HoDV-C3SA&hl=en_US&fs=1&rel=0" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="385"></embed></object>

<object width="480" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/wejB5EgP2mw&hl=en_US&fs=1&rel=0"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/wejB5EgP2mw&hl=en_US&fs=1&rel=0" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="385"></embed></object>

<object width="480" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/kfYzzYGDuSQ&hl=en_US&fs=1&rel=0"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/kfYzzYGDuSQ&hl=en_US&fs=1&rel=0" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="385"></embed></object>

<object width="480" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/4CEuKvVBJxg&hl=en_US&fs=1&rel=0"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/4CEuKvVBJxg&hl=en_US&fs=1&rel=0" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="385"></embed></object>

Please excuse the numerous mistakes I made during recording.

I strongly encourage feedback. And I will release the hack tomorrow at romhacking.net. Just allow me one more day to make anymore necessary corrections.
Holy. Crap. That SMB1 hack is amazing! I mean, it's probably just the graphics that are getting me (I didn't even know it was possible to make graphics that good for NES) but the level design is great as well. It looks great!
