Im making a submarine based level like in world 3-3 from the original game. ive noticed that the water only appears in the sectors of (70-7f). everyhwere else i have the water, its not visible. Is there any way to fix this?

No, the actual water is the layer 3 effect of the pond water. The water-objects you are placing in the level is an invisible tile, which has the properties of normal water. You could say it's an invisible version of object #35. You would have to edit the Layer 3's settings (and probably tilemaps) in order to fix this. At the moment, we don't know how to do it, so you can only have the submarine water in the range of 0x70-0x7F.
