Hello everybuddy out there,

Today I'm searching for some people to discuss about the heavy metal band 'Avenged Sevenfold'. I wanna know what's your meaning about'em and, most important, what's ya' favourite song of'em?

If you're interested, please join in.

Sincerely,
Mr. Synyster

(Not much of a fan of music)
I do listen to Avenged Sevenfold, but not enough to be considered a "fan". They're pretty good.

same, though i can say that my favorite songs is M.I.A. on the city of Evil album
Avenged Sevenfold has a lot of cool music and I used to listen to them every now and then, but after one of my brothers and my mom listened to them all the time and I had to constantly hear them every day, they became a little less appealing.

Nonetheless, they're still a good band. My favourite song probably has to be A Little Piece of Heaven, though.
Yeah, good songs!

My favourite songs are 'Afterlife' (because of the solo), 'Save Me'
(just an epic piece of heavy metal), and 'Unholy Confessions' (yeah,
a wilder one #w{=P}).

Was nice to talk a little bit 'bout my favourite band.

'Till next time,
Mr. Synyster
I'll just talk about this here since i don't like making new threads when there's already a thread that relates.

I was looking at some avenged sevenfold songs, since listening to music is a good way for me to come up with ideas for games, i was listening to songs at random, and i came across songs from the Nightmare album. I only heard a few songs from this one, but the song that came up was Fiction.

...This song felt a bit creepy to me, so i started looking up about the album. The former drummer of the band James Owen Sullivan "The Rev" died awhile back and this album was dedicated to him. He wrote the song Fiction, and from what i read from the lyrics of the song and websites, this just all added to the creepiness...

Originally posted by websites, though i keep trying to avoid saying wikipedia...
The eeriest thing about it is there is a song on the album called "Fiction" (a nickname The Rev gave himself) which started out with the title "Death". And it was the last song The Rev wrote for the album, and when he handed it in, he said, 'That's it, that's the last song for this record'. And then, 3 days later, he died.

here's the song with the lyrics
Yup, the world lost a great drummer the day Jimmy died (foREVer). It's kinda cool that the band devoted an entire album (Nightmare) to him. Some of my favorite songs of theirs are "Critical Acclaim" because the Rev sings in it, "MIA" because it sounds so cool, and perhaps my favorite, "So Far Away" because it shows how much the band members really miss their best friend and fellow band member.

A7X FoREVer!
