Okay Luigi370, that water/ice/lava is just pure badassery. Really awesome. Something new for sure. Good work!
Though, I would like to see proper gfx to go with the lava variant. Bubbly and all. But still, just bitchin'.

I too have something to show off, not as awesome though I suppose haha:
Dark Depths
A vertical Water Level =D I know a lot of you (almost everyone) dread water levels, but I feel like this one is pretty bad ass haha, love the music in this level, fits perfectly. But anyway, what are your opinions on it?

@camoclash: that's a very good level there, in terms of level design and all (that music from DKC really fits).
Apart from those cutoffy vines all over the stage, and the lack of differents enemies (there's only fishes and urchins =| ), good job in making a swimming level interesting man.
@GN: amazing as usual, but i'm really curious in how did you make that tiki torch. I can recognize a rope, but i don't know where did you get the lower part and the...thing below the flame.

@GN:Indeed, very well made level/decorations, and the palette is very nice...
@Spy:Nice OW, simple, yet expreses the theme really well.

As to how GN did that, the part under the flame is a P-switch, and the bottom is probably one of those weird castle/ghost house/shipreck tiles.

The part just below the flame is a pressed switch from GFX17... I'm not sure what it's actually used for, you know, the P-Switch being a sprite and all. The bottom part is tile 77 from GFX05. I believe it's part of some kind of Chuck enemy, but I'm not completely sure.

i love it. but, get rid of the animated water tiles in the lava. they look pretty bad. but it still is pretty cool lookin'.

@Austin: Look, your level seems linear but fun, I think that's better include sky enemies like Paratroopas or Super Koopas and put more slopes.

@Austin I agree with the others, it is linear but there's nothing wrong with that. It does look very fun though.

The below pipe leads to a bonus room which I've yet to build. The other pipe on the far right will lead to the next area of the lava cave.

Thanks everybody for the replies!
@benvvv: this level isn't exactly vanilla, because of the flower, per example. Also it misses enemies and has a lot of randomical decoration.
@MarioFan22: the orange question blocks are a bit strange, and wrong Buzzy Bettle palette is a classic of lazyness, no offense. This level is linear too, but linear levels sometimes looks funny, as this. I like it, congrats.

Just thought I'd show my First Level:


It's rather basic, but then again it's the 1st level, it's not supposed to be explosions and Car Chases... Or am I wrong?

Austin: I didn't think about changing the Buzzy Beetle palettes. I will do that.
Anti-Guy: You're off to a good start. Maybe you could put some Question / Turn Blocks or Coins above the bridge. There is just one error I can see. In the second screen where the two hills connect to each other there is cutoff.

but i donīt like the sprite tileset, the "mushroom" tileset could be better.
