The timer. It is a lie because the increment is less than a second (one smw-second is not the same as one earth-second). But if you are patient, your time will run out.
Since I can make 2 guesses per post: I think it is yoshi's wings.

IMPORTANT: From now on, you may only give one answer per post.
Nope and nope.
I'll give you a hint: You won't find it in the Add Sprites/Objects dialogues.

I ran the question in my head several times and tried to think of anything that matched it that wasn't in the add objects and add sprite windows. Only thing I can think of that has a sort of human personality/sense is the clouds in the background that have eyes. Really that's all I got this question stumps me so much when it's probably not that hard and most likely not.
but yes. background clouds (with eyes).
what I mean't by human personality/sense is about how it's lonely. I'm probably looking at this the totally wrong and awkward way.

probably a stupid answer, but:
Bowser
you can't insert him using the add sprites menu, you need to use insert manual. Also, he lies a lot, but he also seems lonely (maybe cause the mother of the koopalings, who was probably his wife, left him, and he has nobody of his age to care for).
Also, the the start of the Bowser battle is him descending, which is for quite a while, so you need patience (or the fast forward button).

No.
Limited-time offer: If you guess correctly in the next two days, I'll double your points. Hopefully someone will get it soon...

baby yoshi that is of any color except green.
you can only insert the green one via lunar magic. The other colored yoshi's require patience (aka reaching the star world). And I guess they are lonely...an egg in the middle of nowhere, abandoned? :'(
Edit: Also, the "I lie" means it lies on the ground.

This is taking a while.
Major Hint: It's there by default, and there's no way to get rid of it.
Difficulty reduced to Medium.

I think it is the pipes in chocolate island 2. Their exit settings are hardcoded. They don't lead you to where Lunar Magic says they lead you to.

Final Hint: It can be modified (in Lunar Magic). Difficulty reduced to Easy.

screen exit. Every screen exit is always set to something, so it cannot be deleted. A "deleted" screen exit is actually an exit to level 0.
