Nothing is wrong here with Addmusic. Everything is fine.

Except...
When I put custom music on the OW, the music on the level slows down, then the level exits, the OW music is slow, and it continues. Doctor help me!

This is a very strange problem indeed, and it has happened to me before. Make sure the tempo in your song is set and that the song loops.

However, if the OW music slows down, too, then it might be a problem with your emulator rather than the music.
I have had slow music problems in the past too, and when I rebooted the same rom, it would play at a different speed.

I just kept getting a new clean rom to work with, but I'm not sure if that's the definite way to get it working or not.

I've noticed that vibrato is a big culprit in slowdown.

If you have any high p###,###/$DE $XX $YY $ZZ values on multiple channels either lose them or lower them and don't put them on so many channels.
So I tried different ways, and nothing changed..

Here is the song:

I didnt want to fill the screen with this, but 3 weeks of solving this is messing up the music...Anything wrong here?
$ED $80 $6D $68
$ED $80 $7D $00
$F0

$EF $4F $0F $0F
$F1 $06 $63 $01

The $68 signifies OW music, your $06 echo delay is too much for it. That might not be the reason it's slowed or not but it's worth a shot.

It's the fact it's $E5 music on the overworld actually Slash.

Didn't work :(. Any suggestions
It's what Atma said. If a song is inserted with $E5 on the overworld the tempo will slowly decrease until it's as slow as it can possibly get. I'm not sure why $E5 doesn't work on the OW, but you'll have to do some transposition of the actual notes, or if you're using AM4 use $ED $81 (not on SFX channels, though, otherwise they will sound really strange).

For using samples on the OW, you have to replace original samples and load them with @x. If I remember correctly, samples 02, 03, and I believe 04, 08, or both (@2, @3, @4 and/or @6) are the only ones used on the overworld for sound effects. This is the main point where optimize.bnk is really useful.
Thank YOU EVERYONE! I FIXED IT. I had to delete ALL $XX except for:

$ED $80 $6D $68
$ED $80 $7D $00
$F0

$EF $4F $0F $0F
$F1 $06 $63 $01

I want SFX to sound differ...

EDIT: I will try to add $XX's for echo's? Yeah, maybe...
