I'm currently working on a hack and I already set up the ZSNES emulator for quick ROM playing.....whatever you call it...."F4" command on Lunar Magic
And everytime I press "F4" the ROM loads normally....But the buttons wont respond and i keep on clicking on the emulator and pressing a button until it responds to the keyboard!
And usually the emulator freezes and the music loops, then crashes and wont respond
Is there a way to fix this, its irritating me

When it happens to me,i press Alt+ctrl+del,turn off task manager,and return to zsnes.
It works.
But that happens to me very rarely.

Yeah, I do the same
But I keep on pressing the keyboard buttons, so that the emulator responds to it
40% of the time it works
30% it freezes then works
30% freezes then crashes

did you think of trying a different emulator? for example, SNES9x?

I used to use SNEX9X, but it was very slow for me
and it was slower when Lunar Magic is open, i had to closed LM, just to play the ROM at normal speed

Seems so, SNES9x is still a beta version, not compatible with Windows 7
ZNES runs perfectly for me! Just the issue that you press F4 to play the RoM instantly instead of looking for it!
ZNES works normally when I open the emulator
But its doesnt respond when Lunar Magic opens ZNES!
Thats my Issue! Lol

Whats Znes. Also, SNES9X isn't in any beta version, and it is 100% compatible with windows 7. What are you using. Use SNES9X 1.51 or 1.42

I get that glitch when starting up ZSNES. I usually just hit the Windows key, which unlocks the focus and fixes the issue.

Thank you! Your the only one who knows about it
That glitch/error/bug....causes my ZSNES to crashes.....sometimes
Snes9x would run slow as $hit for me, no matter what version!

Well, you see, when you press F4, the trick is to not press anything else at all until your emulator loads. Then, you shouldn't get this problem. Happens to me alot.
Also, it only crashes if you have ZSNES set to fullscreen. Set it to a windowed resolution to prevent crashing.
