How can I convert a .smv to a .avi?
In SNES9x, use the Record AVI Option instead of Record Movie.
That sucks. It can't even record sound and makes the game to have some slowdown.
It can only send sound to one place (the speakers or the video). It's silent for the player, but it'll exist in the recording.

Solution to both problems: Record an SMV as before. To convert it into AVI, use both "play movie" and "record AVI". This will make it play by itself (ignoring the slowdown, the player is also slowed), and at the same time create a real video. It'll take a while, but to my knowledge, this is impossible to avoid.
Thank you Alcaro, but it also recorded me failing the keyjump. How do I make it to just record the me playing 'good'?
It's called a desync and means you have to rerecord your video. To make sure it doesn't break again, use this one instead of the official versions.
I don't think that it is a desync because in the movie I completed the level...

You carefully construct your TAS and when you check your progress, the movie goes off at some point and does something wrong.

Replace "TAS" with "playthrough" and you've got exactly the situation you are in. If the movie playback does something that you didn't do while recording it, then it is a desync.
When you mention suggest record same time for avi while record movie. After I try, I check the video and I notice there is strange noise and it sound like tapping sound. How I can get rid of weird noise?
That sound is supposed to be there. When the avi is done recording, and you open it in WMP or whatever, it will sound normal. Don't worry about the sound acting glitchy or the visuals being laggy, because when it's done recording it'll all be all right.
I open winamp and I caught weird noise and didnt fit in game. I wonder why strange noise on it. When I play game, there is no weird noise. I check on wimamp, there is weird noise. It something wrong between game and music program?
