Well, I am returning briefly after being harassed by my younger brother.
He wants to make an account here, but I told him that I don't know if it'll work because of it's the same computer or whatever, and I was wanting to know is it possible to have two different accounts on the same computer? (He'll be staying with me for about 5 months.) Thanks.

Although you do have to tell kieran first, so he doesn't mistake it for re-registering

Re-registering if not for malicious intent is completely fine.

There is an old "new policy" that never really got out in which re-registering is simply frowned upon, rather than met with severe criminal penalties.

If it's two different persons, I wouldn't call it a rereg at all. It may look like one according to IP check, but this thread explains it isn't. I don't think you have anything to worry about if you do this.

That rule has always been that exact sentence, I think, though it does certainly show that as long as you don't do it simply to evade bans...
