For some reason, whenever I make a slope, sometimes I'm able to toss an enemy right through it.

For instance, right here:

Sometimes I'm able to toss the Buzzy Beetle into the middle of the big gray landform.
Those slopes are pretty glitched. You're able to do that in the original SMW as well.

I don't recall any fixes for it, though...
This happens in every kind of slope. I saw that you can even do it on the normal slopes (gradual probably don't work). However, it's easy to notice that in those slopes.
So is there a fix, besides "don't use the slopes"?
seeing as sprites don't properly interact with those slopes there really is no way of fixing it really but I wouldn't worry about it all to much I mean you can throw items through and into normal walls too.
Try placing solid tiles inside them. That should make the items bounce out before the player can notice anything is wrong.
You mean the invisible solid block sprite?

no because sprites go through sprites (unless they are walking into them on their own).

alcaro means Map16 tiles.

on a side note anybody notice the cutoff in the underground levels using those slopes in the original? As well as water area =3
Plus you do not want to use a ton of solid block sprites, bad idea.
Hmm. Turning this into a stair-step instead might be better.
