That is... bad. It looks like someone doodled in MS paint and then added a HDMA gradient. Sorry if this sounds mean, but I'm just being honest.

Yes, but there really isn't any constructive criticism in this. This is just telling him it sucks, without giving him any advice on how to improve.
Ok, here is what I say you should do, rarity. First, work on the cape. If you have to label it so we know what it is, then it isn't good. Maybe you should make the cape drape off it more, so it seems longer (the cape is too short).
Also, it seems really blocky. Smoothen it out a little bit, add some more details, and take your time. I can tell that it is a horse/pony, which means it isn't super awful, but it still isn't great. Spend more time working on it.
Finally, change the background color. I don't like how the horse is the exact same color as it. Keep the horse purple, but have a sky blue gradient in the background. That should make it look a lot nicer.

I'm no artist, and I can tell you this is terrible.
I could have done this in MSPaint. Except, I'd have to kill myself afterwards.
It's just very, very poorly done.

I see no point on leaving this thread open considering super rarity is banned and he stated he wouldn't come back.
Besides it's starting to get derailed and it will probably turn into a flame war soon.
