Spanish version (English version bellow)
Me pareció un buen tutorial que explica en detalle cómo usar el VWF Cutscene Tool y cómo funcionan los diferentes comandos; sin embargo, hay varias razones por las que no puedo aceptarlo.
En primer lugar, el tutorial estaba mal redactado, le faltaron los acentos y encontré varios errores de redacción, es verdad que los acentos no son indispensables, pero te recomiendo fuertemente que los pongas, si no sabes dónde van los acentos puedes usar el corrector de Word. Otra cosa que hace que el tutorial se vea poco profesional es que usas palabras en inglés en un tutorial en español, la mayoría de las veces fue con las palabras "tool" y "cutscene" que en español serían "herramienta" y "escena", solo debes usar los términos en ingles cuando te refieras al nombre de la herramienta; obviamente hay casos en donde no se puede usar una palabra en español, como en el caso de la palabra "sprite", pero si no es mejor que no uses palabras en inglés.

Esto no es un problema mayor, pero te recomiendo que no abuses bromas de este tipo cuando escribes tutoriales, porque también te hace ver poco profesional.

Encontré esto varias veces en tu tutorial, te recomiendo que lo evites porque nada es obvio para los novatos, además esto también te hace ver poco profesional.

Esta es la razón principal por la que decidí no aceptar el tutorial, apenas acabamos de ver la lista de material y ya me vienes con la lista de comando sin siquiera decirme antes donde debo ponerlos. Creo que sería buena idea que me explicaras primero como funciona la herramienta. Y ya que estamos hablando de comandos, tampoco estaría mal si pusieras el comando para agregar sprites junto con los demás.

Eso es todo. Básicamente debes cuidar tu redacción y evitar poner cosas que te hagan ver poco profesional. Cambia lo que te dije y aceptaré el tutorial.

I thought this was a good tutorial, it explains how to use the VWF Cutscene Tool and how the different commands work; however, there are several reasons why I can't accept it.
First of all, the tutorial was poorly redacted, you missed all the accents and I found various redaction mistakes, it's truth that the accents are not vital, but I strongly recommend you to use them, if you don't know where to put them you can use Word's automatic corrector. Another thing that makes the tutorial look unprofessional is that you used many English words in a Spanish tutorial, the most common cases would be the words "tool" and "cutscene" which in Spanish would be "herramienta" and "escena", only use the English terms when you are referring to the tool's name; obviously there are cases where you must use an English word, like in the word "sprite", but otherwise it's better if you don't use English words.

This is not a major problem, but I recommend you not to abuse this kind of jokes when you write a tutorial, because it also makes you look unprofessional.

This is the main reason why I decided not to accept this tutorial, we just saw the material list and you are already explaining the command list without even explaining where I should put these commands first. I think it would be a good idea to explain how the tool works first. And speaking of commands, it wouldn't be bad if you'd put the sprite command with the others.

That is all, basically you most watch your redaction and avoid adding stuff that makes you look unprofessional. Change the stuff I mentioned and I'll be accepting this.
