Ideas!!
Any questions? Super Wario World 2: Wario Land Cruise is the right answer.
Wario is back again, and this time i want to use something new, never used in a hack before i never seen it before, i plan to rip graphics from a very special Wario Game.
i plan to use graphics from Wario Land Series
I have upload some screenshot from this game. But this is only an idea.
This world i want to call Red Zone
   
Other future plans.
1. Super Mario World Master Quest 9
2. Make the second Super Wario World 2: Wario Land Cruise(Pause)
3. Upgrade Master Quest 2,3 and 4.
4. Fix Master Quest 6 and 7
5. Another SMB2 hack
6. Make the thrid Super Wario World 3: Waluigi's Quest

I quite like that Wario sprite.
Just wondering, how do you manage to create so many hacks and so many levels? Your inspiration kind of amazes me, as I've been working on one hack for years and I only have 5 or so levels done.

Like Virtual Boy Wario Land, or other hacks on SMWcentral or other games.

This is looking very interesting. I've never played the VB Wario Land so this is probably the closest to that.
Are the giant blocks like the SMB3 Giant Blocks?

Yes. It act like SMB3 Giantblock. But this is Normal Blocks in Virtual Boy Wario Land.

Looks nice so far. Really, I didn't saw too many Wario hacks. The graphics look nice. Just a suggestion but you can also make the sprites Wario Land styled.

"Wario Land Cruise" actually seems sort of generic to me. Some sort of emphasis on the fact that this is from the Virtual boy might make a good title.
One point I'd like to bring up is the graphics; the levels themselves are all this obnoxious red color, and I'd be okay with that (virtual boy), but Wario is not red and you used the regular SMW sprites. It's a big clash visually, especially when this hack has a strong emphasis on the VB graphics.

The name Wario Land Cruise sounds like the beta name of a Wario game (I don't know which, but a Wario game was supposed to be called Wario Cruise, but was changed) and Wario Land: Super Mario Land 3.
I have never heard of the Virtual Boy prior to this (as I am just 14; Although, I grew up with the Famicom), so I don't know what to think of all the redness.
But other than that, it looks pretty great.
