Actually I'd like to volunteer as a level tester, if I can. I think a good idea would be to have a couple people test out the levels to point out any mistakes. (a group because I probably wouldn't be able to point all the types of mistakes)

Ummm... if I may, I don't like the "No Music From Other Games" rule ether, most of us can not port music, what part of that do you not understand, I know you want your game to be all custom but I don't think anybody can handle that, also, stop copying SMWCP2's rules, ports from other games is just as good as custom ports.
of course that is IMO, but, if I where you, I'd destroy that rule ones and for all, its pointless.
Also, I'll make only one level, I'll take level 134 with ExGFX'es 100~105, Map 16 pg 20, 46 and sublevels 30~35.
Also, 2 more questions:
-Can we use "Graphics" from Different games (because I like riping stuff from Mega man 7, ect)
-Can we use LM 1.90
So yeah.

GOOD people? Not only am I offended (yep, I am really easily offended indeed), but I also think of myself as quite good actually. And yes, I do know everybody would say this but I really am a tough person to impress, and I know when my work is as rubbish as a really rubbish rubbish thing.
What evidence do you have to make that claim?
Anyway, rant over. (I've never ranted about anything before, but you can probably tell.)

Usually I don't make face expressions but I felt you kind of deserved it. (Yeah that was kind of harsh dude)
And I myself think The Vicious Outcast work is really good. Defiantly good enough to join. I think you should give some people a chance anyways; instead of denying them on the spot.

O_o you know I hate being called that, also, OMFG you will not let T.V.O. in this collab, just let him join, let people have a chance, you judge him after he finish his level not kick him out with out a chance.
Go ahead and kick me out but 1, let people join collabs, 2, let people use what ever they want and 3, answer peoples questions (ex. mine you didn't answer).

@FP: Check out The Vicious Outcast's Hack Thread, he has some pretty good stuff going on. Because he is new to the site doesn't mean he is inexperienced, some people come here with knowledge about hacking already. The thread has some pretty good looking levels, and that one sky level, I wish I could make sky levels like that. So I vote he should have a level.

Anyone up for a new leader? I was actually liking this until Falconpunch started being Falconpunch.
oh yeah, just let your team use ports from other games, so far the majority of people in your team (even from your last collab) are sort of new to hacking, sure they understand the stuff, but doing things like porting isn't easy (Hell, i bet you can't even do it), and having them find ports for songs that are original? Stop trying to make your hack like SMWCP2. I'm willing to bet that's what messes up these collabs you make.

To sum it up it means he wont be making a level for the hack, maybe after he gets things settled he may return.
