I want to know how to get custom sprites from other hacks, but I do not know how to do this. Any help?

I am not talking about sprites that are not in the sprites section in smwc.
I want to actually sort of decompile the game, take the custom sprites from it, and insert them into my own hack. I really want to have Carol's mutant Yoshi boss in my hack. Can I do this?

you can't take sprites from other roms. First off we frown on stolen well anything including sprites if you what to put sprites in your rom hack I suggest you insert the sprites like everyone else.

That is stealing sprites, which is not respected around here. Also, it is a very complex process which you at the current moment have no chance of learning >_>
You can ask the creator of the sprite nicely, and perhaps he will let you use it.
