Everytime I go onto twitter, I keep on geting stack overflow error like, "Stack Overflow at line:362" and other errors like that, is it twitter that is messed up, or is it my browser?

Twitter usually is "over capacity", but it never gave me that error you're describing.
I doubt it's your browser, but something on the server's side, but just for the sake of science, what browser do you use?

According to this article, it could have something do to with you temporary files and whether's there's enough room for them. Try out the fix listed in there and see if that works.
