Im having trouble with the palletes in boss sequence one, after I beat Iggy, the mountains in the background are red. I have no idea how to change them to a normal color.
This is because you are using palettes 0-3, which aren't uploaded after levels.

Either create a routine that updates the palette after every level(events are still gonna look messed up), or simply refrain from using palettes 0-3
uhhh... simpler please? im new to hacking.
in other words every time you change a levels palette click the "enable custom palette for this level" button (checkbox) and it will only change the palette for that level.
oh right, I thought you meant on the OW.

Yeah, do what supernova said
in more detail, revert the main palette to what it originally was, and whenever you want to change the palette of a level, enable custom palette for the level first.
The mountains are still red, all of the palettes in my castle level are normal, The palettes in the boss stage are normal as well, yet the mountains are still red.
Those palettes use "Global" palettes (that is, the palettes normally used that use without enabling custom palettes). Since you changed it, probably for a level or something, it will edit on all things that use that palette.

To fix:
1. Change the palettes back to normal (edited NON-CUSTOM ones)
2. Save palette change
3. Enable custom palettes after (as needed)
4. It should now be fine

Remember, do not change palettes until "Enable Custom Palette" is checked.
