How can you insert those. I mean, for example, if the player can go only to the right, then a flashing white arrow shows, that points to the right. If he can go left and up, then two arrows pointing to the left and up show. How do you make them?

I know that the arrows use layer 3 and can be editable with terra stripe. If your looking for a patch of some sort to do that, try asking in the Requests section. Although in SMA2, the creators made that possible.

Is there a patch to insert these? Or I need a specific program, because I've heard something like that.

He's probably not talking about the arrows that appear when you press START on the overworld.
What you're looking for is a custom overworld sprite, and if I recall correctly, they come with carol's OW sprite tool.

Do you have OW Spritetool? Because there are two in the tools section. Also, try checking the tutorials section, because you might find some helpful info on inserting overworld sprites.
