The Daily captured video of Miley's private get-together at the Roosevelt Hotel, where she was presented with a cake in the shape of reggae icon Bob Marley. As she accepted the cake, Miley joked, "You know you’re a stoner when friends make you a Bob Marley cake — you know you smoke way too much f***in’ weed.” Fellow guest Kelly Osbourne laughed, "I thought salvia was your problem!" in reference to Miley's notorious bong video.

Other guests at the party included Victoria Justice, Rumer Willis, and Miley's boyfriend Liam Hemsworth, as well as a gang of furries and dwarves, according to The Daily. We probably shouldn't be surprised, given that Miley's hard-partying ways have been the subject of tabloid speculation for a long time — still, we're guessing that her team are none too pleased about this most recent scandal.
