The story is that, a 6 six year old boy and his 2 friends (A girl who is 5 and a boy who is also 5) were "playing doctor". (They all were showing each others genitalia to one another.) Which I assume was out of curiosity. They then charged the 6 year old boy as a sexual criminal, and are currently trying to prosecute him. Link.
I think that these people are retarded... that's just me.
If I remember correctly, isn't that normal behavior?
I still can't get over that. Who tries to get a six year old sent to prison? They shouldn't have even said "6 year old playing doctor with 2 children...", they should have said "3 children..." whatever. This shouldn't even be an issue, but whatever...
Just a quick irrelevant comparison, if it had been 16/15/15 (age) instead 6/5/5 (age), I don't think nothing like this would happen...
What do you think?

This is stupid, how is that even a sexual offence? They're only little and they were doing it out of curiosity. This is fairly normal behaviour for people of their age. It just makes the prosecutors look like idiots.

They aren't even physically able to have sex yet, how is this a sexual offense? I bet none of them even knows what sex is. Don't you need at least one of those things to be able to be a sex offender? This is what our tax dollars are being used for, and that's sad, when there are so many actual sexual offenders out there.

I bet they don't even know what prosecution means and that their parents are trying to bust this kid for one or another reason. I see no other logical explanation.
Of course, they're going to fail, but that they actually attempt it is pretty sickening.

Don't worry. Even the strictest child prosecutions laws in any country say that a child can't be held responsible until 10 years old. He's fine.

Logical perception is harder than you would think, apparently. Nice to actually see the 10 and under exception allowing for a simple and non-controversial outcome (except for maybe the prosecutor, who IMHO needs a reality check), contrasting to all violent crimes involving kid(s) stories that you see that make this exception controversial.

Regardless of the outcome, their childhoods have probably been sullied by them being exposed to sexual themes. The children would probably have to have been interviewed with parents and sexual acts and the such would've had to be described to them to allow them to give a proper interview.

Errrrr...yeah, I'm pretty sure having to have sex explained to them is the least of their troubles both in this case and the rest of their lives.
Good grief, whenever people get like this at the idea of children being exposed to sexual crap there's just so much pent up rage that comes boiling out.
Oh, there's starving AIDS-infected children in Africa, but forget about that, because SOMEONE SAID SOMETHING ABOUT SEX WHILE SAID KIDS WERE IN THE ROOM!!1!
