Which is the best emulator for which console?

Post here which emulators do you think are better for each system and, (optional) why do you think that.

I think that Snes9X is the best emulator for the SNES, because it's even more easier to use rather than ZSNES (well, for me)
Dolphin for GC and Wii
Desmume for DS
Bsnes for SNES
Nestopia/FCEUX for NES
pSX/epsxe for PS1
Project 64 for N64
Kega/Gens for all sega consoles up to saturn
VBA for all GB handhelds

Or you could just check out nonMESS for a nice list
I personally find ZSnes better than Snes9x as I find ZSnes easier to use(using Snes mouse and Super Scope, adding cheats, TASing). Snes9x has also some problems, like in the second boss of Magical Quest, pieces of Mickey and the boss just randomly don't show. :/
It varied. The SNES has more than one emulator to use. The best are SNES9x and ZSNES in my opinion.

List of my favorite emulators:

SNES: SNES9x and ZSNES
GB/Wii: Dolphin
N64: Project64
PS1/PS2: PCSX/2
NES: Nestopia

Why they are the best for me personally is hard to describe. They are working most time that's simply the most important thing for me.
My list:

- GC/Wii: Dolphin (it's the only emulator for these systems that is out there)
- N64: Project64 (Mupen64 is also a very popular choice, but I recommend that only for TAS's or recording).
- SNES: Snes9x (it doesn't require a fast processor like BSNES and it's pretty accurate) or ZSNES (for casual playing).
- DS: DeSmuME (it's the only DS emulator I tried but it's pretty good).
- PS1/PS2: PCSX/PCSX2 (again, pretty good emulators).
- NES: Nestopia (probably the best NES emulator).
In what situation is this thread different from this? Why would a person not use what they personally consider is the best emulator for a console?

Czar, what version of Snes9x were you using?
I heard that BSNES Is closer to an SNES but requires a good computer.
