It means that you cannot help but revive all the dead party members within a 30 mile radius.

EDIT2: We're missing Delta's move. Majority vote to skip him? If we do manage to skip him, he'll just defend. If he posts before the vote ends, all votes are nulled, and he does whatever he does.

You'll have 300 GP, a Steel Sword and a Tree Wither upon joining, Bacon, so you should use your turn as well.
EDIT: I'm adding two things to the command list.
ATTACK | ITEM | MAGIC | DEFEND | TACTICS | ANALYZE
Attack - Attacks an enemy with the chosen weapon. Uses your turn.
Item - Uses an item on a player. Uses your turn, and consumes 1x of the chosen item. Cannot use items you have 0x of.
Magic - Uses a chosen spell on a player. Cannot use spells that are not in your inventory - for example, I, Giga, would not be able to use Thunder, because it is in silverthundr's inventory, not mine. Uses 1x WHI, BLA, or WIZ, depending on the spell - you can tell which from the way the spell book looks. Most spells are governed under the Spell Level system. Higher level spells do not use more points than lower level ones.
Defend - Either take damage instead of someone else, or take half damage if you defend yourself. Uses your turn.
Tactics - Use special commands, like Spell Targeting and Cover All. Depending on the command, may use your turn.
Analyze - Learn the weaknesses and resistances of an enemy. Does not use your turn. May take a while to finish analyzing.
Tactics List
Spell Targeting Enhancement
Usable by: Everyone
Allows players to target up to three specific enemies with a multitarget attack spell, or up to two specific allies with a multitarget healing spell. May still target every enemy or player. Spell effects will be divided evenly - for example, if I cast Cure with 0 MAG on two people, each of the two people will gain 25% HP.
Cover All
Usable by: Soldiers
Allows players to take damage for the entire party. Due to Soldiers having such a large amount of defense early on, this is quite a useful tactic.

So how will my 63% heal get split - 31.5% on each of you, and then deal with the decimals in the health, or 31%?

For a percentage based spell like Cure, the decimal will be left in.
I'm thinking I should set a one or two day timer on updates. Waiting on very few people for an update is kinda irritating. Majority vote? (Amount of days, or no timer, are your choices in this vote)
