I need some help with revamping the orignal SMB graphics and Importing the first two levels of smw (minus yoshi), a smas level editor download link would help if one exists.

You're asking us to revamp the original SMB graphics. Well, most of the Original SMB graphics is left unused in the ROM itself. A simple CHR editor or the 16x16 editor even though MushROMs may be released very soon can do the job.
The only SMB1-SMAS editor exists is Smb2Smc which is now currently pending for approval at RHDN. I can only give you this link and is only for a limited time until RHDN approved it.

It's now approved by RHDN so you will need to use the browser's command when running SMB2SMC.
