Description: Fixed a bug.

This patch replaces the 1/2 player menu with a menu that makes you choose between 'NORMAL' and 'HARD' mode. Note that this patch only prepares $7E:0DB2 to be used as a 'hard game mode' check, and otherwise does nothing to make the game more difficult - except speed up the timer and one-hit kills, which can be changed. This patch is most useful with custom sprites. Video.

Reason of removal:
I NOP'd out the "instant-kill" code. Game broke, because the code ends in an RTL where it should end in a JMP.
Also, in HARD MODE, there's a Luigi with a halo on top of him (read: game over Luigi) right in the middle of the submap. What's with that?

Please fix these things before resubmitting.
