As said in the description, this hack is vanilla and is very creative with nice palettes. I especially liked the castle! There are some very simple things to fix in order to be accepted. Should be no problem. So here are the removal reasons:
When I re-enter this pipe, I appear in an endless bonus round.
  
Hitting the message box caused the fish to freeze in place. Message boxes and layer 3 aren't friends.
I jumped into the ground here.
Just fix those 3 things and you should be alright. The note block level was kind of glitchy at times (bouncing through note blocks that are look like steps). But that's expected with that sort of level I guess.
