Sorry for my bad english, my name is Tonino, i live in Switzerland ! im 19 years old (20 in febraury), i just LOVE play some Super Mario Hacks, and here i found A LOT nice hack !! 
i dont know if its correct ask here, but ... i have some problem when i try to open some hacks... i patch with lunarIPS, and after, i open with Zsnes, i listen everything but... i dont see anything !! why?

Hi Tonino, and welcome to SMW Central.
With Lunar IPS, are you selecting the patch first and then the ROM when you choose Apply IPS Patch? Are you sure your ROM is a verified clean North American dump (will have (U) [!] in name)?
Alternatively, you can also rename the patch and the ROM to match, and leave them both in the same folder (example: smw.ips, smw.smc) then load the ROM in ZSNES.
e: If for some reason a hack isn't working in ZSNES, maybe you could try SNES9x or bsnes, and patch them with Lunar IPS. Every hack here should work in some emulator.

Do what Counterfeit said and you should be fine.
Also, if you don't want to ask questions in english, there are either a German, a French and an Italian section.

Oh thanks i talk italian, and im going soon to italian section.
and thanks ! i dont know why, one rom now work !! but other 2 didnt work... i try to change emulator, i try to repatch the IPS and change IPS patcher... but nothing. Oh and yes, i fist find the IPS file and after the "clean" room !! and i have the (U) version ! i dont know... some work very well, some dont work ! but thank you ! i try again soon.

The smw roms are probably not working because they might be modified in the slightest of ways.Always aply IPSes to clean, unedited, never-before-opened-by-lunarmagic smw ROMs.

You are a lot, people ! thank you i like see a lot fan of Super Mario World Hack !! for now i continue play Kaizo 2 (with savestate obviously), i finish the first some days ago !! ahah incredible hard, but nice ! oh, i download the "SMW Production" too, and work. I love it ! but its confusion, A LOT levels... i prefer level after level... and so, im going to play some hacks !!
