Welcome to my new forum game: Who's that Pokémon? It's approved BTW.
I give you a riddle, and you have to try to guess what's that pokémon. Seems easy, doesn't it?
You can ask for hints, but only two can be asked per round. For every hint asked, the points of the question goes down for 2 exceptions, and that is if the question is worth 1 point and if you ask for 2 hints and the question is worth 2 points. On those cases, the point number will go down to one and will not go any lower.
Once the correct answer for the riddle is said, that pokémon cannot be used again and the next round begins.

Nah the riddles aren't too easy, I actually have to think about it for 5-10 minutes. Well I will guess... Lotad? It is a water/grass type =3

Linoone is the only non-electric Pokemon that seems fast to me, though I'm not sure how well it fits "not from here".
(I know pretty much nothing about Pokemon newer than Diamond/Pearl, so it could be something from Gen5.)

I just thought about this a little more and I think it's Dugtrio. It's very fast but not too strong, and looking at it... well, it's really weird, so it may look like it's not from this world.

Staryu, or possibly Starmie. Pretty fast with a weak attack (although it's sp attack is pretty strong). It's also been called an alien.

Deoxys? It Speed Forme is, well, fast. It's not an electric type. And all of its' Pokedex entries (except FR/LG's) mention it having came from outer space.

You're really giving me a headache. My guess was MORE accurate, even if it was wrong.
It's HP is pretty bad. It's weaker compared to other of its forms.
But i'll try to be a little bit better on wording my riddles.
