Wow, I was thinking this BG is 8-bit 
Your level design is really good. Just three things: these note blocks at the start of the level. I don't like when there are blocks in this position... The wind than comes for the sides of the pipe in 1:26... And yep, the part when the camera can't see you. Forgeting this, your level is awesome. I was liked the good invisible 1-up block placement in 1:17. And... Can't you use the wind in 1:28 for a bonus or something? If no, this part will be unnecessary.

Hey, your BG looks very good!
Also, your level design is very good, the wind gimmick is very interesting, I think that this level needs more sky enemies but it's a very nice level.

This hadn't come to mind, there is no poing having anything like Yoshi Coins or Red Coins if I have nothing for them to unlock anyway, pause menu maybe, VWF maybe someday.

Your graphics look nice. The only thing is that the parts of the FG that don't have grass look like Mario and other sprites can fall through it, which could be confusing since they can't.

When I made the graphics, and played around and tested them, it did seem to feel as if you would fall through, I'll see what I can do.

That is the second level, after the first generic grassland level. The next grassland level is the 7th level.

Cool, nothing bad. You made a good level design with your graphics. Also interesting Layer 2 gimmick you've got here! Why not something more for the end, as a boss?

Wow, this is looking pretty good! Hopefully you continue with this one!! The thing that really does not look too great is the ghost palettes... Yes they match pretty well with the Palette of the level, but I am not so sure about their palettes. I mean damn I love the palettes of Boo Manor but the ghosts... eh, just dunno how I feel about their palettes. But great level design you have so far man, I am definitely going to support this! I love those little support bars they are so cool haha, and I like the shading effect on the bar =D
Oh and I forgot to suggest something! Maybe make a custom mini-game after getting 100 Bonus Stars? I do not know if you have thought about doing this, but I have not seen many hacks (maybe like 2 lol) use this idea.

@Austin, I was considering a boss, maybe I'll add one at some point.
@camoslash, you get one bonus star after each level, if you get five you get to play a bonus area...
@PokefreakofBACON, glad you like the graphics.

I do have a new level completed, but it has a pretty crap BG ATM, so I'll finish the fourth level, and then show 'em both.
But, I have a misc. update, take a look at this:

Click on the image to download the FF4 file, and place it in your Lunar Magic folder, keeping the name Lunar Magic.ff4. I plan to make a OW one as well soon. But does anyone know about the other windows, Map16 editor toolbar, Palette editor toolbar? Let me know how I can do them editors if you know ;)
Please download the toolbar, it would make me happy.

This hack looks really good so far! Are you drawing all the GFX for it, right? Because they have a nice Marioeish look.
Also I kinda liked the brown ghosts, but making them a bit brighter and spooky would be better, I think.

GIMMICK FOR LEVEL FOUR
The new post toolbar is cool!
Yes, I thought of this not that long ago. The level is underwater. There will be Blue P-Switch Blocks, which open pipes, so you can go through them, there will also be bubbles. You know, I'll post a video soon of it. It's quite hard to explain with words.
*Also, TLL3 layout ;)

OK, time now to show you Mill Stream, a level which has low tides and an OK BG.

Ahh, for some reason this level reminds me the SMB level design. Good times...

Your level design seems very nice, the graphics are very nice too but the only problem I see is at 1:16 - 1:26, there are a lot of sprites in that screen and it causes slowdown, use FastROM or try to reduce the sprites on screen.

Mill Stream looks really nice! All of the new ExGFX is very well-drawn, the style is great. I especially like how the waterfalls in the background animate so smoothly.
