Here's an idea that came to me while in a Skype call earlier. Sometimes there's a post you want to refer back to after a while but it's not always easy to keep track of where these posts are. That's when it hit me, why don't we impliment a feature to allow users to mark posts?

We could have a page on the main menu for user marked posts (obviously altering depending on the user) under the 'My Files' link or something (we could label it 'Marked Posts'). We could have it so each user can have say, 7 marked posts at a time and marking any more than seven deletes the oldest one (or you could manually delete posts you don't want anymore).

On the Marked Posts page, we could have it so each post is displayed with a 'link' and 'thread' button. The 'link' button would obviously give you a link to the post, the thread button would obviously take you to the thread you marked the post in.

Comments/critisism welcome.
Well, you've got our support. Seems like a great idea!

Look at the top right of any post.
Click on the text that says "link."
Bookmark.

Done.
Yes, you keep hitting yourself in your confusion marioVSshadow
Yeah, this is a pretty nice idea as I've had to dig through some posts many times myself. I agree your web browser can handle that, but it wouldn't be feasible to make 50 bookmarks if you want to mark 50 posts. And it would be pretty silly to keep all links in a separate text file and then refer to them when needed.
Dunno about yours, but my web browser has a million ways to organize bookmarks that I never use. Those 50 bookmarks can easily be shoved off to the side in a folder or something so they don't get in your way when browsing your "normal" ones.
