I have used level mode 02 which enables layer 2 interaction with mario, but it makes layer 3 behind layer 2. I have to use layer 3 priority to make it works, but it goes above layer 1. Any lavelASM code help?
EDIT:
I need layer 2 interaction due to layer 3 custom water.

You will probably need to fiddle with the main/sub screen settings, putting layer 2 and 3 in the subscreen, and layer 1 in the main screen but it will likely mess with the status bar, though I did write a patch to ensure the status bar is in the main screen. Alternatively, you could try setting priority on the layer 3 tiles with terra/raceing stripe and turning layer 3 priority mode off.
