Can I Increase Contiguous Memory?

So I've recently defragmented my 50% full 1.14TB hard disk (running Vista Ultimate) using Auslogics's defragmenter. It also said I have a loads of registry errors (which I haven't yet researched how to fix).

On Virtual DJ & Windows Live Movie Maker I have notifications of not having enough memory or contiguous memory.

What can I do about this?

You are low on memory. It has nothing to do with hard disk space. Try closing open programs that you don't need, increasing the size of your page file, and/or buying more RAM.

Okay, I'll try increasing the page file.

I thought it would be a RAM issue, but I used to be able to run Phoenix Viewer (Second Life), FireFox & Virtual DJ at the same time without getting this problem.
