This level looks sincerely ugly, but you're going in the right way. Just somethings I want to point out:

That shell getting kicked is a bit unuseful.

I can just got trapped here. I recommend to put an exit in the first pipe, which leaves for the pipe Mario enters in the cave.

Can you see that little ground tile above the pipe? Put it in front of the main ground and it should be fixed.

Turn blocks (at really they're question blocks) with nothing inside aren't the best thing to do. Put turn blocks with coins or anything inside instead and it will looks better.

And I think this level needs some decoration.
Just keep trying and I know you'll can do a better level.

This level was very short. I finished it in about 33 seconds. Also, there is cutoff where the left side of the Midpoint meets with the Turn Block.

The level design is bored and short, try make it longer and add some decoration in some level... There a plenty room of improving here...
