Hey guys,
I just started to use "HuFlungDu's Addmusic v4.05.02" but it doesn't work properly.
I did everything right or at least I think so.
I created a .Bat File which says "Addmusic.exe ROM.smc @Pause".
Then i inserted the music file in the Level folder and wrote the name of the music.txt file in the Addmusic.ini file. At the end I run the .bat file again and it says "Insertion has been succesfull".
But it either sound horrible or there is no sound at all in the level where I inserted the music. (Not even jump sounds or the death sound)
My rom is already patched with the More.asm file.

What the hell am I doing wrong? I would be very glad if someone could help me. Thanks in advance.

You probably shouldn’t waste much more time. You wouldn’t want all those nice depleted steak isotopes to settle down.

Did you run Addmusic with the -se command at least once? (Addmusic.exe romname.smc -se) If not, do so.

Also Addmusic problems go in the music help forum.

You're not supposed to patch MORE.asm with xkas (if that's what you were doing). If you used cmd.exe, you can patch it with

Code

addmusic.exe rom.smc -se.

That "rom.smc" being the name of your ROM.

I didn't run it with the -se command.
