Try to move it to a horizontal one or something. EDIT: I meant, put a pipe/door in that vertical level leading to a (an?) horizontal one and there you should put the goal. As stated, there is an easy fix. Have a pipe to a horizontal level (doesn't even have to be a long one) that has the goal bar in it.
