Remember when you chose from 4 doors in Bowser's Castle? Well, I have a 1-level hack where I have implemened a twist on it. I already have a thread for the hack itself, so this thread that I am creating is not to discuss the hack, but the idea. Also, I put it in Hack Discussion due to the fact that this idea can be used in almost any hack.

What do you guys think? you can also use this thread to discuss any other 4-door ideas you come up with.

Your idea was good, I just think what you made here was too much improvised, maybe some ASM solves the problem. Yes, I'm talking about the graphical look of the level.

The idea is good but I think that's somewhat "bland" because the same system is used in original SMW, like the 8-door choose at Bowser's Castle.
But it's a good idea, you just need to execute it correctly.

How is the same system used in the original smw? The original smw allows you to choose. Did you see the image that I linked to? You will realize that it is NOT the same system as the original smw.

Erm, the "Bowser's Castle", the "8-Door" thing? You don't know?
I just said that using this gimmick will be somewhat bland if you didn't know how to execute it and I've seen the screenshot...

well, bowser's castle 8-door thing is different. you actually get to choose. This one limits you based on your powerup, thus bringing you to the appropriate challenge.
