Gamecube: Super Smash Bros. Melee
DS: New Super Mario Bros.

N64 - Super Mario 64;
GB - I.. don't quite remember, actually, but I have some vague memories about it being Super Mario Land;
GBA - Pokémon Sapphire;
DS - New Super Mario Bros.;
Wii - Wii Sports;
PS3 - Funnily enough, FIFA 11 here as well;
Xbox 360 - The newest Mortal Kombat game.

Let's see if I can remember them all.
N64: Super Mario 64 (first game I ever played)
GBA: I honestly have no idea. The GBA era is all a blur to me.
GCN: Mario Party 4
NDS: Nintendogs - Dachshund and Friends
Wii: Super Mario Galaxy
3DS: Nintendogs + Cats - Golden Retriever and New Friends
Seeing as how the Wii U will be coming out this year, I'm going to predict what the first game I play on it will be.

Wow, pretty much all Mario games (after SMB Deluxe which was the first Mario game I played back in 2000 or so). I actually didn't expect that.
Also:
NES (at someone else's house): SMB1 or SMB2, not sure which
SNES: Nothing, unless you count emulators, in which case it's TSRPR (for official games, it's probably either Super Mario RPG or Super Metroid)
