At the moment I am working on a hack using only or mostly UMA's Minecraft textures or GFX, Now as SMW levels are to have nice and clean design and no cutoff, using the graphics may look like it has cutoff but doesn't minecraft have a bit of cutoff? They are blocks after all!
Now I don't know the style of level it would work with, It would be hard to make a nice detailed level with curves etc. I know it will be blocky but how you would or what would you recommend the level style to be?
Thank you for the further advice!

Maybe you could look at other SMW hacks, I started getting level design tips from them.

Well to me cutoff is not a problem to me, and the graphics aint to big a deal, as long as i can see whats going on and whats solid or not, i really dont mind as long as it is fun!

Um hey, i'm UMA, i just changed my name FYI.
If i were you i'd just submit it, or make like black lines around the outlines of them blocks.
If you really want to put a lot of effort in it, you could draw 3D style counterparts to the front of them, and put them next and above to the tiles, to create a 3D effect. Hope that helps!

I may just make a black line around most of the blocks. Thanks for the advice UMA!
