Question 1:
How do you delete echo in a song for use for OW music (if there are other steps, please say so)?

Remove the echo command.
It should be like this:
$EF $XX $XX $XX
$F1 $XX $XX $XX

and sometimes you might see this too:
$ED $80 $xF $yy
You can delete that.

and delete the lines of code with FIR under the echo command if i'm not thinking wrong.

Thank you, heres another question:
I've downloaded SNN's version of Cave Story Last Battle and I've realized that the drum intro before the actual song is a little... too slow, how do I speed a part up with out speeding up the whole song?

It's just an SPC glitch, it works fine ingame.
