Odd Layer 3 Tide issue

I put a low layer 3 tide in my level with sprite buoyancy, and now all sprites seem to alternate between behaving like they're underwater and behaving normally. I've tried playing with some level settings with no success. Any idea what could be causing this?
Does the level go past screen F?
The level only has two screens, so no.

EDIT: It turns out that was the problem, tide levels need to have more than two screens. Kind of odd, but pretty easily fixed.
