Me again sadly....First off, I am not of sure this is the right place...
Anyways of the, I needs to know how to disables Mario Cape when in a level (full disable the abiliy to fly and spin, to where cape is gone.), I am sure there is of one, but I not know where to find...

well I don't know about the other stuff you what to do but here a Generator that will disable cape flight in a level just insert it with sprite tool as a Generator.

thank  that help somewhat, but what about cape Mario to not spin? sthere must be a generate for this?

well here's a patch that will disable spin but it's not level base. If you what it disabled in only one level you should ask someone else how to do that with level asm
