Just wanted to know before downloading it. I have no knowledge on which screen recorders are good to use or not haha. Also if you have a better suggestion, I need one that will go through administrative privileges.

I don't know about that one, but it's shareware. Why not go with Camstudio? It's completely free and worked pretty well for me when I used Windows. I can't verify that it does or does not require administrative priviliges, but I really don't see why a screen recorder would ever require them.

Aww man, it was almost done downloading then a message popped up saying "this download requires administrative privileges"... Stupid Computer! Oh well, already downloaded the other one from NCH; haven't tried it out yet. When I get my own computer next month I am downloading Camstudio though =3

Right click on the file, select run as administrator if your using vista/7.
If its your parents computer why not ask them to let you run it ?
Not unless you've been bad on their computer and doing "EVAL" things on it lately. (_(

Anything by NCH is generally crap from my experience. I'd advise just either going with the proposed CamStudio or buying loltorrent a shareware recorder such as FRAPS or Camtasia like I use. FRAPS may be a little difficult to set up for certain programs though. However it probably produces the best output in terms of video (from my experience anyway).

Ahh I see. Well I am just going to have to actually wait until I can get a decent screen recorder; since this a school laptop and all. And I doubt they would let me download it haha, since they are so uptight about what I run on this computer. They still do not know I have all this game stuff on here, so yeah hahaha.

why dont you use hypercam? My only complaint is that a 3 minute video takes almost 140 mb of space.

Unregister Hypercam 2
Yeah I used hypercam for years. I literally just switched for no reason.
